The Service also displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Your interaction with those advertisements is governed by Google's terms of service.

The AI features (background segmentation, face detection) are provided for entertainment and convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FILTERCAM AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
